Step 3
Selecting & Contracting

Once found, applicants' skills are thoroughly reviewed and several interviews are conducted. Only the best applications are selected and contracted. After which they are seconded to a Dutch company.

Step 5
Secondment

Our candidates are places at the disposal of your company. We are responsible for the formal employment process including the administrative and financial obligations that go with it. We take the hassle of complex Dutch labour laws and regulations off your hands.

Regarding international candidates: we have extensive experience and knowledge in labour and immigration law, wage management and related human resource issues.
